Best China WPC Decking Supplier in Poland — Direct From Our Own Extrusion Line

We are the plant, not a trading house. WPC decking is extruded on our own lines in Sihui, Zhaoqing, Guangdong, on dies we own and cut ourselves, at roughly 2,000 tonnes a month — about 100 containers. Every shipment leaves with a test report.

Written for the Polish market: the certification a Polish specifier will ask to see, the route and transit time to Gdansk, and what a genuinely continental winter and a 30-degree summer do to a deck across one year. Minimum order is 70 m² — a first order does not have to be a container.

Deski kompozytowe tarasowe, factory direct. Poland is also a distribution base — if you ship onward into Czechia, Slovakia, the Baltic states or eastern Germany, say so when you enquire and we will quote the programme rather than the pallet. We also have pages for Germany, the Netherlands and France.

The Decking Range

Capped co-extrusion and classic uncapped, hollow and solid. Six of the sections Polish distributors order most — the full schedule runs to well over a hundred.

Colours — Three Ranges, and What a Polish Summer Does to a Dark Board

The whole card, and two things about it that matter more in this market than in a milder one.

The full colour card

BOHAI WPC decking colour card: co-extrusion, classic and 3D embossing ranges

Capped co-extrusion: Teak, Antique, Redwood, IPE, Light-grey, Walnut.
Classic uncapped: Teak, Redwood, Walnut, Coffee, Chocolate, Ebony.
3D embossing: Teak, Red Wood, Walnut, Chocolate, Light Grey, Dark Grey.

Thirty degrees is no longer unusual, so colour is a specification decision

A dark board in full sun gets genuinely hot underfoot, and nobody can engineer round it — every composite behaves this way, and so does stone. Colour is the only lever. Antique and Light-grey in the capped range, or Light Grey in the 3D embossed range, run noticeably cooler than Walnut, Redwood or Ebony. If the terrace will be crossed barefoot, start at the lighter end and set the expectation with the client before the order rather than after.

Grey is in two of the three ranges — not in the classic

Grey is what Polish clients ask for most often. It is available in the capped co-extrusion range (Antique, Light-grey) and in the 3D embossing range (Light Grey, Dark Grey). The classic uncapped range is brown and black only. So a grey brief is not a classic job at a classic price — establish that at the first conversation. And the same colour name across two ranges is not the same colour: Walnut in the capped range is not Walnut in the classic.

Two things worth settling before you order

A swatch is an indication, not a match. Screens and print both shift colour, so ask for physical samples in the two or three you have shortlisted — free, you cover the courier, credited in full against your first order. And order the whole job in one batch: pigment goes into the extrusion, so two runs of the same colour will not be identical and a board replaced in year four will not match. Keep spares from the same shipment.

What the Board Is Actually Made Of

Straight from our own catalogue, with nothing rounded up.

60% wood powder, 30% HDPE

WPC board composition: 60 percent wood powder and 30 percent HDPE, with a cutaway showing the co-extruded shield wrapped around the core

The balance of roughly ten per cent is additives — we would rather say that than quote a figure that adds up to a hundred. On the capped range a co-extruded shield wraps a WPC core, and the shield is the wearing layer. That matters here more than anywhere: it is exactly what a steel-edged snow shovel damages. The material can be recycled and reused at end of life.

Sections, with the dimensions on them

Six capped WPC decking profiles with dimensioned cross sections

Six of the capped sections with board width and thickness: ZSGJ138H23A and ZSGJ138H23C at 138 × 23 mm, ZSGJ138H25 at 138 × 25, ZSGJ140S23 at 140 × 23, ZSGJ140S25 at 140 × 25 and ZSGJ145S30 at 145 × 30. The capped generation runs round chambers rather than the square cells of the classic range — they clear water instead of holding it, and where water freezes in the chamber every winter that is not a detail. Quote the model number back to us and there is no ambiguity.

Surface textures

WPC decking surface textures H1 straight grain, H2, H3 and H5 wood grain

Four surfaces: H1 straight grain, and H2, H3 and H5 wood grain. Texture and colour are specified separately, so say both when you enquire.

Where Polish Distributors Put It

Three project types that come up again and again in Poland, each with its own specification questions. The photographs are our own installations, not stock images.

Terraces on detached houses
The volume market. Ground that freezes and thaws every year moves, so the deck is framed clear of the soil — you can see the edge fascia and the gap beneath it here — on bases taken below the frost line, or on adjustable pedestals that can be re-levelled.
Over existing concrete
Renovation work: tiles or a pedestal build-up laid over a slab that is already there. No demolition, no new foundation, and the fall the slab already has is taken up in the pedestals.
Steps and level changes
Where a terrace meets a threshold or a slope. Steps are the first place frost heave shows, because a riser that moves is visible in a way a flat deck is not — so the stringers get the same treatment as the frame: below the frost line, or adjustable.

Installation and Accessories

From our own installation guide. Put these figures on the drawing before the frame goes down — most of the failures we see in Europe come from a frame set out to timber habits.

The gaps, and the double joist

WPC decking installation guide showing board gaps, wall gap, butt joints, double joists and clip fixing

5–7 mm between the sides of adjacent boards. About 5 mm between a capped board and a wall. 3–5 mm at butt joints where two board ends meet. Butt joints sit on double joists — each board end gets its own joist, never a shared one, and this is the detail most often missed. Boards fix with stainless or plastic clips; the joist itself can be aluminium, stainless steel or WPC. Set a gutter at the base so water drains rather than ponds — in this climate a deck that holds water is a deck that lifts a board the first hard night.

Accessories, with sizes

WPC decking accessories: start clip, plastic clip, expansion screw, L-shaped corner trim, WPC joist and aluminium joist

Stainless steel start clip, plastic clip, expansion screw, L-shaped corner trim 50 × 50 × 3000 mm, WPC joist 40 × 30 × 3000 mm, aluminium joist 40 × 25 × 2900 mm. Note the aluminium joist is 2900 mm, not 3000 — an easy hundred millimetres to lose when you take off quantities.

What Owning the Line Gives You

Capacity you can book against

Roughly 2,000 tonnes a month, about 100 containers. What matters to a distributor is not the headline but that a repeat order does not queue behind somebody else's. Send the volume and the date; we answer with a slot, not a hope.

Dies are ours, so sections are ours

We own the moulds and cut them in-house. That is why the schedule runs past a hundred sections rather than a catalogue page — and why a market-specific profile is a conversation rather than a refusal.

A test report with every shipment

Goods are checked before despatch and the report travels with them. Routine, not negotiated — and it is what makes a warranty claim a paperwork exercise later instead of an argument.

Certification: What We Hold, and What We Do Not

Polish specifiers verify, so here is the whole picture including the scope limits — a certificate covering three profiles is not a certificate covering the catalogue. Ask and we send the document itself.

What We Do for a Distributor

A first order does not have to be a container

Minimum order is 70 m². Well under a full container, and it exists so a new distributor can test a colour, a profile and our paperwork before committing to a 40HQ. Most suppliers at this end of the market quote 1 × FCL and lose the first conversation.

Samples are free

You pay the courier and we credit it in full against your first order. Ask for a sawn sample: the cut end shows whether the cap runs all the way round the section or stops at the sides. Ask for more than one colour while you are at it — see the card above.

A real number within 24 hours

Send the specification and the volume, get a per-unit price rather than a range. We need: profile, colour, quantity in m², discharge port and the date it has to be on the ground.

Private label, market-specific sections, testing on your profile

All three are conversations. We own the tooling, we already run sections cut for particular export markets, and where a project needs a test our documents do not cover we will put your profile through the laboratory — fee up front, credited against the order. What we will not do is hand you a result from a different profile and let it pass.

What the Polish Climate Does to a Deck

Specific to Poland, and deliberately in a different order from our German and Dutch pages. A Dutch deck fails from damp. A Polish deck fails from the sheer distance between February and July.

The annual swing is the widest of any market we ship to — so the expansion gap is the first thing to get right

Illustration of composite decking board ends stopping short of a house wall, leaving a deliberate expansion gapA hard Polish January and a hot July are a long way apart, and composite moves more along its length than timber does. That single fact causes more failed decks here than anything else on this page. The image above is the detail that matters: the board ends stop short of the wall on purpose. A board butted tight to a wall or to the next board in winter has nowhere to go in summer, and a buckled deck is a full relay — there is no partial fix. The figures are in the installation section above: about 5 mm to a wall, 3–5 mm at butt joints. Where boards are laid cold, work to the upper end of the range.

Frost goes into the ground here, and the ground lifts

Illustration of an adjustable decking pedestal standing on a paving slab, carrying the joist of a raised deckFrost penetration is real in Poland and it is zoned — deeper in the east than on the coast, and your own designer will have the figure for the region. A post base set above that depth lifts, and it lifts unevenly, which telegraphs straight through to the boards. The two answers are a base taken below the frost line, or a free-standing deck on adjustable pedestals that can simply be re-levelled. The composite is not the variable here; the ground is.

Snow, and what gets used to clear it

Illustration of a composite deck terrace partly cleared of snow, with a plastic-bladed shovel resting on the cleared boardsSnow load on a raised terrace is a structural question for the frame, not for the board — check it with whoever designs the substructure. The part that comes back to you as a complaint is the shovel. A steel-edged shovel dragged across a composite deck scratches the shield, and on a capped board the shield is the wearing layer. Tell your customer to use a plastic blade, as above, and to push rather than chop. It costs nothing to say at the point of sale and it is expensive to argue about afterwards.

De-icing salt attacks the fixings, not the boards

Salt and grit tracked onto a terrace concentrate as the water dries off. The composite handles it. Screws, clips, joist hangers and post bases do not — and that is exactly where nobody looks until the deck has to come up to get at them. Specify the fixing grade properly at quotation, not as an afterthought at the end of the bill.

Polish summers are hot enough that colour is a real decision

Thirty degrees is no longer unusual, and a dark board in full sun gets hot underfoot. Nobody can engineer round it — colour is the lever, which is why the card sits near the top of this page. If the surface will be crossed barefoot, specify from the lighter end. We would rather say so before the order than after.

Three Things That Go Wrong When Europeans Import WPC

Not sales copy — these are the three that cost distributors money.

The frame is set out for timber

A joiner spaces joists at whatever timber decking takes, because that is the habit. Composite has a maximum support spacing and it is tighter than timber. Get the figure for your profile in writing and put it on the drawing before the frame goes down. Wrong, and the deck does not collapse — it flexes underfoot permanently, and the fix is lifting the boards.

No expansion gap at the ends

The most expensive of the three, and in this climate the most likely. The figures are in the installation section above — and the double joist under a butt joint is the half of it people forget.

Batch colour is not matched later

Two composite decking boards in different grey tones side by side, showing batch colour variationPigment goes into the extrusion, so two runs of the same colour will not be identical. Order the whole job in one batch and keep spares from it. A board replaced in year four will not match — ours or anybody else's. Distributors who hold a buffer from each shipment avoid the argument entirely.

Warranty, and How a Claim Works

Stepped, not flat

Capped co-extrusion carries 15 years, classic uncapped 10. Both step down by year rather than paying full value throughout: 100% of the value of the affected goods in years 1–3, then 80, 70, 50 and 40% through years 4 to 7, then reducing in bands to 10% in the final years. It covers peeling, cracking and overall uneven fading.

It starts at the destination port

Cover runs from the date the goods arrive and are signed for at the port — not our factory gate, and not the day your customer installs them. That usually works in the distributor's favour.

Certificates are per batch

The schedule that applies is the one on that batch's certificate, which is why the test report shipping with the goods matters. Keep it with the commercial paperwork. If a supplier quotes you a flat 25 years, ask for the schedule — the answer tells you more than the number.

Poland: Common Questions

Commercial

What is the minimum order for Poland?

70 m². Deliberately well under a full container so a first order can be a trial rather than a commitment. Freight per unit improves as you approach a full 40HQ, but you do not have to start there.

Which colours do you hold as standard?

Three ranges. Capped co-extrusion: Teak, Antique, Redwood, IPE, Light-grey, Walnut. Classic uncapped: Teak, Redwood, Walnut, Coffee, Chocolate, Ebony. 3D embossing: Teak, Red Wood, Walnut, Chocolate, Light Grey, Dark Grey. The card is on this page. The one to note before quoting: grey exists in the capped and 3D embossed ranges but not in the classic, which is brown and black only.

How long does shipping to Gdansk take?

About 50 days port to port from Nansha or Yantian. Sea time only — production is separate and we confirm it against your volume when we quote. Some services call Gdansk direct and others tranship at a North Sea port; which applies depends on the service your forwarder books.

Can we distribute onward from Poland into Czechia, Slovakia or the Baltic states?

Yes, and it is a common pattern. Tell us the onward markets when you enquire. It changes nothing about the goods, but it does change how the documentation is set up, and it means we quote the programme rather than a single parcel.

Is there an anti-dumping duty on Chinese WPC into the EU?

No EU anti-dumping duty applies to our WPC products. The standard tariff line still applies, so confirm the current rate with your own customs broker before quoting a landed price — rates and classifications change and yours is the one that governs.

Do you do private label?

Ask us. We own the tooling and already run sections cut for particular export markets, so both private label and a market-specific profile are conversations rather than automatic refusals.

Is there a Polish-language version of this page?

Not yet. This page is the English one and it is the one we keep current. If your team would rather have the specification and the certification summary in Polish, ask and we will send it in writing.

Technical and certification

What is the board made of?

60% wood powder and 30% HDPE, with the remaining ten per cent or so made up of additives. On the capped range a co-extruded shield wraps the WPC core, and that shield is the wearing layer — which is exactly why a steel snow shovel is a problem and a plastic one is not. The material can be recycled and reused at end of life.

What are the installation gaps?

From our own installation guide: 5–7 mm between the sides of adjacent boards, about 5 mm between a capped board and a wall, and 3–5 mm at butt joints where two board ends meet. Butt joints sit on double joists — each board end on its own joist, never shared. The guide is reproduced on this page. Where boards are laid cold, work to the upper end of the range.

Will the boards survive a Polish winter?

Freezing itself is not the problem. Composite does not take up water the way timber does, so the board is not what fails. What fails is water that had nowhere to go: a deck with no fall, blocked board gaps or a tightly closed perimeter becomes a tray, and a frozen puddle under a board lifts it. Drainage is the whole answer, and the installation guide's gutter detail is part of it.

Can the deck be cleared of snow?

Yes, with a plastic-bladed shovel, pushing rather than chopping. A steel-edged blade dragged across the surface scratches the shield, and on a capped board the shield is the wearing layer — so it is worth saying to the customer at the point of sale. Snow load itself is a question for whoever designs the substructure, not for the board.

Will the ranges match each other in colour?

No, and you should not plan a job that assumes it. The three ranges are different constructions with different palettes, so a Walnut in one is not the Walnut in another. Even within one range, two production runs of the same colour will not be identical because the pigment goes into the extrusion. Order the whole job in one batch and keep spares from the same shipment.

Do you have CE marking?

Yes. Certificate M.2024.206.C97619 from UDEM International Certification, a notified body, under EU Regulation 305/2011 Annex V Clause 1.5, valid to 11 March 2029. It is issued against EN 15534-1:2014+A1:2017 and EN 14041:2018 and covers WPC decking profiles 138H23A, 140H25B and 138H23C. Quoting a profile outside that list? Ask us rather than assuming — we will tell you what the certificate actually covers.

Do you have a fire classification to EN 13501-1?

EN 14041:2018, which our CE marking is issued against, requires a reaction-to-fire classification to EN 13501-1. That class is stated on the Declaration of Performance rather than on the certificate, so ask for the DoP for the profile you are quoting and you will have it in writing. Two honest limits: the CE scope is three decking profiles, and we do not hold a separate EN 13501-1 classification covering cladding as an external wall application.

What slip rating do the boards have?

R10 under AS 4586-2013 Appendix D, ramp method at 15 degrees, Intertek report 230625005SHF-001, measured on profile ZSGJ138H23A. That result belongs to that profile, not the catalogue, and the classic uncapped range carries no slip classification. The barefoot wet method is a different standard and we have not tested to it.

What joist spacing do your boards need?

It is per profile and we give it in writing with the quotation. Do not carry a timber figure across, and do not carry another manufacturer's figure across either — the section geometry differs and so does the answer.

Are the boards capped on all four sides?

On the capped range the cap traces the full perimeter on the main profiles — the cross-section above shows it. We also run a half-wrapped section where the cap covers the top and part of the sides only. Ask which you are being quoted, and ask for a sawn sample: the cut end settles it in two seconds.
