What is the gap spacing between boards on a full trellis panel?▼
Standard full trellis panels feature evenly spaced boards with consistent gaps throughout the full 1800mm panel height. The exact spacing can be customised for project orders — contact us with your requirements.
Does the full trellis provide any privacy?▼
Full trellis panels are primarily a decorative and boundary-defining product rather than a privacy screen. They define the boundary clearly and reduce direct sightlines at an angle, but do not block views completely. For full privacy, we recommend our Privacy Fencing range. For partial privacy with airflow, see our Half Trellis panels.
Can I order a full kit including posts and rails?▼
Yes. We supply a complete system including WPC boards, aluminium posts, top and bottom rails, post caps, side strips, and all fixing hardware. Contact us for a full system quote.

Is full trellis fencing suitable for windy or exposed locations?▼
Yes — full trellis is the best choice for exposed and windy locations. The fully open design allows wind to pass through freely, dramatically reducing structural load on posts compared to solid privacy fencing. When installed with our heavy-duty aluminium posts and concrete footings, the system performs reliably in high-exposure conditions.
Can climbing plants be grown through the full trellis panels?▼
Yes — this is one of the most popular uses of full trellis fencing. The open board spacing throughout the full panel height provides excellent support for climbing roses, jasmine, clematis, wisteria, ivy, and many other climbing plants. The WPC boards will not rot or deteriorate from plant contact.
Will the colour fade over time?▼
Co-extrusion WPC boards undergo a natural weathering process in the first 3–6 months outdoors, after which the colour stabilises and remains consistent for the life of the product. All colours are UV-tested to ASTM D7032 weathering standards.
Does WPC fencing require any maintenance?▼
No painting, staining, or treating is ever required. An occasional wash with warm soapy water is sufficient to keep panels looking their best. WPC will not rot, splinter, or attract insects.
