Installation Guide
Ensure keel spacing is 350mm. Install panels from both sides working inward.

Install the Keel
Install keel horizontally with expansion screws at 350mm spacing.

Install Corners & End Covers
Secure outer corners and end covers using clasps.

Install Wall Panels
Install panels from both sides and fix with clasps.
4
Cut Panels to Fit
Cut wall panels to the required remaining length.
5
Install Other Side Angle
Fit and secure the angle trim on the opposite side.
6
Complete Installation
Finish all wall panels and fit end covers to complete.

30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.

FOB Guangzhou as standard. CIF to your destination port also available. Enquire for DDP arrangements.

What is a fluted cladding profile?▼
Fluted cladding features a series of parallel vertical grooves running along the length of each board. This creates a distinctive ribbed texture that adds depth, shadow lines and architectural character to any facade — a popular choice for contemporary residential and commercial projects.
What colours are available?▼
Our fluted cladding is available in a range of standard colours including Teak, Light Grey, Walnut, Rosewood, Cedar and Maple. Custom colour matching is also available on request — contact us with your project specifications.
Can fluted cladding be installed vertically and horizontally?▼
Yes. Fluted cladding is most commonly installed vertically to emphasise the groove lines, but horizontal installation is also possible. The keel direction should be adjusted to run perpendicular to the board direction in either case.
Is this product suitable for coastal environments?▼
Yes. WPC fluted cladding is fully waterproof, salt-air resistant, and UV-stabilised — making it well-suited to coastal, tropical and high-humidity environments where timber would deteriorate rapidly.

Installation & Maintenance
What substructure is recommended for fluted cladding?▼
WPC or aluminium joists installed horizontally at 350mm centres. The keel must run perpendicular to the cladding direction. Ensure the wall substrate is flat, plumb and structurally sound before installation.
Does WPC fluted cladding require maintenance?▼
No maintenance required — no painting, oiling or sealing ever needed. The fluted grooves may collect dust over time; an occasional rinse with water or mild soapy water is sufficient to keep the surface clean.
Can I arrange a pre-shipment inspection?▼
Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas or your preferred inspection company welcome. We coordinate factory access prior to shipment.
What is the warranty period?▼
10-year manufacturer warranty against material defects under normal outdoor use conditions.
