What is the ratio of solid to trellis on a half trellis panel?▼
The standard half trellis panel is approximately 50% solid boards at the lower section and 50% open trellis at the upper section on a 1800×1800mm panel. Custom ratios are available for project orders.
Can I order a full kit including posts and rails?▼
Yes. We supply a complete system including WPC boards, aluminium posts, top and bottom rails, post caps, side strips, and all fixing hardware. Contact us for a full system quote.
Are free samples available before ordering?▼

Performance & Durability
Does the half trellis design reduce wind resistance?▼
Yes significantly. The open upper trellis section allows wind to pass through, reducing the structural load on posts compared to a full solid privacy fence. This makes half trellis panels particularly suitable for exposed gardens, coastal locations, and elevated properties.
Will the colour fade in strong sunlight?▼
Co-extrusion WPC boards undergo a natural weathering process in the first 3–6 months outdoors, after which the colour stabilises and remains consistent for the life of the product. All colours are UV-tested to ASTM D7032 weathering standards.
Is it suitable for use around a swimming pool?▼
Yes. WPC composite boards are fully moisture-resistant and will not rot, swell, or deteriorate in pool splash environments. The half trellis design is particularly popular for pool surrounds as it provides privacy while allowing air circulation and natural light.
Does WPC fencing require any maintenance?▼
No painting, staining, or treating is ever required. An occasional wash with warm soapy water is sufficient to keep panels looking their best. WPC will not rot, splinter, or attract insects.
