Half trellis is the panel to specify when a solid fence would feel like a wall. The lower two-thirds is closed for screening; the upper section opens into a trellis that lets light and air through and gives climbers something to hold. It is the style that sells best around pools, patios and courtyard gardens, and the one most distributors stock alongside full privacy.

Every board is second-generation co-extrusion — a WPC core sheathed in a bonded polymer cap that resists rot, mould, UV fade and moisture ingress. Nothing is painted, stained or treated, on our side or yours.

What one set contains

A set is a complete bay: one 1800 × 1800 mm panel, one 80 × 80 mm aluminium post in 6063-T5, aluminium rails at 27.6 × 25.5 mm, edge caps and corner brackets. One set covers 3.24 m² and packs at about 55 kg. Colours: teak, grey, charcoal, walnut, plus two more in the range. Warranty is 10 years on fencing.

1800 mm is a nominal 6 ft rather than a true one — a true 6 ft is 1828.8 mm — so allow about 29 mm per bay when matching an existing run. And count posts as N + 1 for N bays, with two extra frame posts per gate.

Co-extrusion composite fence wholesale price: how it is built up

We quote per set, ex-works or FOB, against the volume you actually ship — not off a published list price. The variables that move the number are the colour, the panel style mix, the post length, and how full the container is. Loading quantities:

MOQ is 70 sets, not a full container — that matters if you are testing a colour or a style before committing to a 40HQ. A part-load still prices sensibly; a full 40HQ prices best, because freight per set falls away fastest between 200 and 400 sets.

We manufacture in Sihui, Zhaoqing, Guangdong and ship direct from our own plant, so there is no trading-company margin in the price. Send us the boundary length, the colour and the destination port and you will get a real per-set number back, not a range. Samples are free; you pay the courier and we credit it to your first order.
