REACH is covered by a manufacturer's declaration of conformity — a declaration, not third-party certification.

Slip: our slip report (Intertek Shanghai Fengxian, 230625005SHF-001, AS 4586-2013 Appendix D, 15°, R10) was measured on the 23 × 138 mm profile ZSGJ138H23A, not on this board. We will not quote that R10 against 23 × 148 — a different profile is a different test. If your specification needs a slip classification on this board, we can put it through the same laboratory: you pay the lab fee up front and we credit it in full against the order.

Not yet tested on this profile: AS 4586 / DIN 51130 ramp, DIN 51097 (barefoot wet areas), BS 7976 pendulum PTV, ASTM D7032 / D7031 and ICC-ES. Our documentation route is European (CE/CPR, REACH) and Australian plus Chinese GB/T, so if you are selling into a market that names US standards, tell us which ones before you order rather than after installation.

FAQ

Why choose 148 mm over the 138 mm board? Coverage. A wider face covers the same deck in fewer runs, so you buy fewer clips and pay for less fixing labour. The trade-off is that the narrower 23 × 138 profile is the one carrying our third-party slip classification, so specification-led jobs often go the other way.

Is the 15-year warranty flat? No, it is stepped: 100% in years 1–3, 80% year 4, 70% year 5, 50% year 6, 40% year 7, 30% years 8–9, 20% years 10–12, 10% years 13–15. It runs from delivery and signature at the destination port, not the factory gate. It covers peeling, cracking and overall uneven fading; it excludes incorrect installation, impact damage, chemical attack and misuse.

Is White a stock colour? Yes — White and Vintage wood are both catalogue colours on this profile, which is unusual in co-extruded decking and is the reason this board gets specified on contemporary and Mediterranean schemes.

MOQ, lead time and samples? 70 m², measured in square metres rather than full containers. Production is 20 days; sea freight to a UK port is about 55 days port to port on top of that, from Nansha or Yantian. Samples are free — you cover the courier and we credit it against your first order.
