Installation Guide
Ensure the substructure is level and stable before beginning. Leave a 5mm expansion gap between board ends.

Measure & Mark
Measure the installation area and mark the location accurately.

Place the Keel
Lay the keel perpendicular to the intended board direction.

Secure the Keel
Drill holes and hammer expansion screws to fix keel firmly.
4
Attach Starting Clip
Fix the starting clip to the keel at the beginning of the run.
5
Insert First Board
Slot the first board into the starting clip, check it is level.
6
Place Connectors
Space hidden connectors evenly along the board.
7
Screw to Keel
Insert next board into connectors and screw connectors to keel.
8
Continue Boarding
Repeat steps 6–7 for all remaining boards. Check level regularly.
9
Finish with Trim
Secure edge trim with self-tapping screws for a clean finish.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?▼
Our MOQ is 100 sqm, which can be negotiated depending on your requirements. For larger projects we offer volume pricing — please contact us with your estimated quantities for a tailored quotation.
What are your payment terms?▼
Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance payable before shipment. Other arrangements may be considered for established long-term clients.
What trade terms do you offer?▼
We offer FOB Guangzhou as standard. CIF to your destination port is also available. Please enquire directly for DDP arrangements.
How long is the production lead time?▼
Standard lead time is 15–25 working days from receipt of deposit. We will confirm your specific production schedule at the time of order.
Can I get a free sample before placing an order?▼
Yes. Free samples are available for all products. Contact us via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your name, company, delivery address and products of interest. Samples are typically dispatched within 3 business days.

Quality & Inspection
Can I arrange a pre-shipment inspection?▼
Yes. Third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or your preferred inspection company is welcome. We will coordinate factory access for the inspection team.
Can I visit your factory?▼
Yes, factory visits are welcome. Our factory is in Guangdong Province, China. Please contact us in advance and we will assist with arrangements.
Do you provide test reports?▼
Yes. Full third-party test reports covering dimensional accuracy, flexural strength, water absorption, UV resistance, slip resistance and fire rating are available on request.
