Co-extrusion Walnut Composite Fence 1800 × 1800 mm | Luxury WPC Privacy Fence Panels

A co-extrusion walnut composite fence panel built for buyers who want the depth of real hardwood without the upkeep. The walnut tone is the warmest colour in our range and the one US distributors reorder most, sitting comfortably against brick, render and cedar-shingle elevations. Because the board is co-extruded — a WPC core wrapped in a bonded polymer cap — the colour is locked under the shell rather than sitting on the surface, so it does not grey out, splinter or need sealing each spring.

Panel and frame

Each set is a complete bay: one 1800 × 1800 mm panel, one 80 × 80 mm aluminium post in 6063-T5, aluminium rails at 27.6 × 25.5 mm, edge caps at 29 × 8 mm and 50 × 50 × 24 mm corner brackets. The panel is built from T180H24 boards — 180 mm overall, 172 mm cover width, 2.69 kg per linear metre.

One set covers 3.24 m² and weighs about 55 kg packed. Note that 1800 mm is a nominal 6 ft, not a true one: a true 6 ft is 1828.8 mm, so budget roughly 29 mm per bay when you are matching an existing run or working to a fixed boundary length.

Counting posts

The one thing that gets missed on a first order: a run of N bays needs N + 1 posts, not N. Every gate opening needs two more frame posts on top of that. Order the panel count from the boundary length, then add the extra post before you send the PO — a single missing post holds up a whole run.

We manufacture at our own plant in Sihui, Zhaoqing, Guangdong, and ship direct — there is no trading house in between, which is where most of the price difference against branded US retail comes from. Samples are free; you cover the courier and we credit it against your first order. Third-party test reports are available on request — ask for the specific standard you need and we will tell you plainly what we hold and what we do not.
