Classic Composite Decking (round hole）140*25

Classic hollow WPC decking board, 140 × 25 mm, round-void section. The round-void sibling of our 140 × 25 square-cell board. Both are first-generation uncapped boards at the same 25 mm depth; the difference is the internal void pattern, which is a manufacturing and weight question rather than a performance claim. Ask for both dimensioned drawings if you are deciding between them.

Warranty and evidence

Warranty — Generation 1, 10 years, stepped. Cover runs 100% in years 1–3, 80% in year 4, 70% in year 5, 50% in year 6, 40% in year 7, 30% in year 8, 20% in year 9 and 10% in year 10. It starts on delivery and signature at the destination port, not the factory gate, and covers peeling, cracking and overall uneven fading. Excluded: incorrect installation, impact damage, chemical attack and misuse.

Certification: ISO 9001 (IAS25924Q1473R0M) and ISO 14001 (IAS25924E0394R0M), valid to 29 April 2027. CE / CPR certificate M.2024.206.C97619, UDEM International Certification, valid to 11 March 2029. REACH is covered by a manufacturer’s declaration of conformity — a declaration, not third-party certification. We publish the numbers rather than a row of badges, because buyers who matter will ask for them.

Slip: we hold a third-party ramp classification — Intertek Shanghai Fengxian, 230625005SHF-001, AS 4586-2013 Appendix D, 15°, R10 — but it was measured on our co-extruded 23 × 138 mm profile ZSGJ138H23A. No slip classification is held on this grade, and we will not transfer one across. Pool surrounds and other barefoot wet areas are specified against DIN 51097, which is a different method again and one we do not yet hold. If your project needs either, we can test this profile at the same laboratory: fee up front, credited in full against the order.

Not yet tested on this profile: DIN 51097 (barefoot wet areas), BS 7976 pendulum PTV, ASTM D7032 / D7031 and ICC-ES. Our documentation route is European (CE/CPR, REACH) and Australian plus Chinese GB/T. If you are selling into a market that names US standards, tell us which ones before you order rather than after installation.

Buying this board

MOQ, lead time and samples. MOQ is 70 m² for decking, measured in square metres rather than full containers. Standard catalogue production runs 20 days, and sea freight to a UK port is about 55 days port to port on top of that, loading at Nansha (Guangzhou) or Yantian (Shenzhen). HS code 3925.90. Samples are free — you cover the courier and we credit it against your first order.

FAQ

Round void or square cell — which should I take? They are the same depth, the same grade and the same warranty. Choose on price and on whatever your fixing detail prefers. We will send both profile drawings so you can compare rather than guess.

Is this board slip rated? No classification is held on the classic grade. Our R10 ramp result was measured on a co-extruded profile and does not transfer. We can arrange testing on this board, fee credited against the order.

Can I use it around a pool? Pool surrounds are barefoot wet areas, specified against DIN 51097, which we do not hold on any profile yet. We can arrange that test rather than let you assume it.

Why 10 years and not 15? Fifteen years is our Generation 2 co-extruded schedule. This is Generation 1 and its schedule runs to 10 years, stepped.
