Installation Guide
Install from bottom to top. Ensure keel spacing is 350mm. Leave a 5mm expansion gap at board ends.

Install the Keel
Fix keel with expansion screws at 350mm spacing. Add extra joist at strip locations.

Install Shade Angle
Attach the shade angle to the keel and secure with screws.

Install Panels Bottom to Top
Fix wall panels from bottom upward, fastening with screws through link pieces.
4
Cut & Fix Last Panel
Cut the final panel to the required length and fix it to the wall panel with screws.

Install Edge Trim
Fit the edge trim and secure it to the keel with screws for a clean finish.
6
Complete Remaining Walls
Continue installing panels on remaining wall surfaces until fully complete.

What is the minimum order quantity?▼
Our standard MOQ is 100 sqm, which can be negotiated depending on your project type and requirements. Please contact us with your project details for a tailored quotation.
What are your payment terms?▼
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance payable before shipment.
What trade terms do you offer?▼
We offer FOB Guangzhou as standard. CIF to your destination port is also available. Please enquire for DDP arrangements.
How long is the production lead time?▼
Standard lead time is 15–25 working days from receipt of deposit. We will confirm your production schedule at the time of order.
Can I get free samples before ordering?▼
Yes. Free samples are available. Contact us via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your name, company, delivery address and colour preferences. Samples are dispatched within 3 business days.

What is the shiplap profile and how does it differ from standard cladding?▼
A shiplap profile features an overlapping tongue-and-groove edge that creates a weathertight, seamless joint between boards. This eliminates visible fixing gaps, improves water runoff, and gives a cleaner architectural finish compared to standard butt-jointed cladding.
Is this cladding suitable for exterior use?▼
Yes. This product is specifically designed for exterior cladding applications. It is fully waterproof, UV-stabilised, and resistant to rot, insects, and salt air — making it suitable for all outdoor environments including coastal and tropical climates.
Can the boards be installed horizontally and vertically?▼
Yes. The shiplap profile can be installed horizontally (most common), vertically, or diagonally depending on the design intent. The keel direction should be adjusted accordingly to support the board direction.
Can you supply custom colors or sizes?▼
Yes. We accept custom lengths, widths, and colour matching. Please contact our export team with your project specifications and we will confirm feasibility and pricing.
What certifications does this product hold?▼
CE marked and certified to EN 15534 standards. Additional certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ASTM E84 (fire rating), Intertek and RoHS. Full test reports are available on request.
How long is the warranty?▼
This product carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty against material defects under normal outdoor use conditions.
Installation & Maintenance
What substructure is recommended?▼
We recommend WPC or aluminium joists at 350mm centres. The keel should run perpendicular to the cladding board direction. Ensure the substrate is flat, plumb, and structurally sound before installation.
Does WPC cladding require maintenance?▼
No. WPC cladding requires zero regular maintenance — no painting, oiling, or sealing is ever needed. An occasional wash with mild soapy water is sufficient to keep the surface clean.
Can I arrange a pre-shipment inspection?▼
Yes. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or your preferred company is welcome. We will coordinate factory access for the inspection team prior to shipment.
