It shares its section with our premium 23 × 148 line but runs a different colour programme — the eight traditional timber tones here, against the contemporary palette (White, Rosewood, Maple) on the premium board. Distributors carrying a broad wood-tone range usually stock this one.

Warranty and evidence

Warranty — Generation 2, 15 years, stepped. Cover runs 100% in years 1–3, 80% in year 4, 70% in year 5, 50% in year 6, 40% in year 7, 30% in years 8–9, 20% in years 10–12 and 10% in years 13–15. It starts on delivery and signature at the destination port, not the factory gate, and covers peeling, cracking and overall uneven fading. Excluded: incorrect installation, impact damage, chemical attack and misuse.

Certification: ISO 9001 (IAS25924Q1473R0M) and ISO 14001 (IAS25924E0394R0M), valid to 29 April 2027. CE / CPR certificate M.2024.206.C97619, UDEM International Certification, valid to 11 March 2029. REACH is covered by a manufacturer’s declaration of conformity — a declaration, not third-party certification.

Slip: our ramp test (Intertek Shanghai Fengxian, 230625005SHF-001, AS 4586-2013 Appendix D, 15°, R10) was measured on the 23 × 138 mm profile ZSGJ138H23A, not on this board. We will not quote that R10 against a different section. If your specification needs a slip classification on this profile we can test it at the same laboratory: fee up front, credited in full against the order.

Not yet tested on this profile: DIN 51097 (barefoot wet areas), BS 7976 pendulum PTV, ASTM D7032 / D7031 and ICC-ES. Our documentation route is European (CE/CPR, REACH) and Australian plus Chinese GB/T. If you are selling into a market that names US standards, tell us which ones before you order rather than after installation.

Buying this board

MOQ, lead time and samples. MOQ is 70 m² for decking, measured in square metres rather than full containers. Standard catalogue production runs 20 days, and sea freight to a UK port is about 55 days port to port on top of that, loading at Nansha (Guangzhou) or Yantian (Shenzhen). HS code 3925.90. Samples are free — you cover the courier and we credit it against your first order.

How is this different from your premium 23 x 148 board? Same section, different colour programme and grade. This one runs the eight traditional wood tones; the premium line carries the contemporary palette including White and Rosewood. Ask us which is running when you plan your order.

Is the 15-year warranty flat? No, it is stepped — see the schedule above. Quote it as a schedule, not a flat figure, because buyers read it at contract stage.

Do you hold ASTM D7032? Not today. Our route is European and Australian plus Chinese GB/T. US testing can be arranged on this profile with the fee credited against your order.

Can I mix colours in one order? Yes, within the 70 m² MOQ. Tell us the split when you enquire so we can confirm the production run.
